I have recently joined a company that has been operating without a CRM system. I am therefore putting together a proposal and recommendation on available crm packages their strengths and weaknesses, pricing and resources required to put them into operation at our company. In surfing I found your blog and was mighty interested in finding out more. Can you possibly let me know more regarding your search and comparison of the crm solutions you looked at and considered. It would save me redesigning the wheel so to speak. At this stage I have been considering the following packages to include in my business plan: Maximiser, Siebel, Saratoga, Oracle and Saleslogix. I would be interested to know which ones you included in your report.
